He's the kind of writer I want to be. Political, philosophical, fascinated by the hidden life in ordinary things. He has a (now defunct) Flickr page, blog, and a bunch of books. He's up there with Lawrence Weschler on my mental list of cool people.

Yes, Luc is a pioneer in the way he ties photography with literature and cinema. He makes it his business to know whereof he writes.
It's hard not to be infected by his curiosity.
